Advises on business organization (for example about information flows, personnel structure and organizational structure). Examples of activities: instructs and supervises staff, supervises change processes, examines the ins and outs of companies in practice, conducts interviews with, among others, employees, department heads and management teams, writes reports and reads specialist literature.
